Description

The Hilton Atlanta is located in Downtown Atlanta, near I-75, and within six blocks of attractions, including Centennial Olympic Park and the Georgia Aquarium. State Farm Arena and Mercedes-Benz Stadium are a mile away and we’re connected via skywalk to Peachtree Center and MARTA, linking to ATL airport. Enjoy our fitness center, basketball court, and jogging tracks. Located on the lower level of the Hilton Atlanta, Trader Vic’s hosts an ever-evolving menu featuring dishes from the Mediterranean, the Middle East, Asia, and Japan.

A Cook for Trader Vic's is responsible for maintaining and setting up food production station and quality control of all meat, fish, fowl, sauces, stocks, seasonings and all other food items prepared on the hot line. Has knowledge of and ability to work multiple kitchen functions to include grill, sauté, and pantry stations on the line. Responsible for maintaining quality of food prepared on the line. Creates appealing plate designs and maintains the quality of presentation for all food items.

Shift Pattern: Shifts may include AM, PM, weekend, and holidays based on business needs
