  • Monitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs to the store manager or supervisor.
  • Help maintain accurate sales records and assist in reconciling cash registers at the end of each shift.
  • Adhere to all store policies and procedures, including security protocols for high-value merchandise.
  • Act as a brand ambassador for the Texas Legends, exemplifying a professional and enthusiastic demeanor.
  • Stay informed about the team's schedule, upcoming events, and promotions to better assist customers.
Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in retail or customer service is a plus but not required.
  • Friendly, outgoing, and customer-focused attitude.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-energy environment, especially during game days.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Basic math skills and the ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift and carry merchandise boxes as needed.
  • Be able to work weekdays and weekends
