Job Summary:

They are seeking a skilled Senior Full Stack Developer with expertise in .NET and React to join our dynamic team. This role will involve developing and maintaining both the front-end and back-end components of our educational technology platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of modern web technologies, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Full Stack Development:

Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using .NET for back-end development and React for front-end development. Create and manage APIs and services to support front-end functionality. Implement responsive, user-friendly interfaces with React and ensure seamless integration with .NET back-end services.

Software Design and Architecture:

Collaborate with product managers and designers to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Develop and maintain robust, high-performance, and secure applications. Participate in architectural decisions and contribute to best practices for coding and design.

Testing and Debugging:

Write unit tests and perform debugging to ensure code quality and application reliability. Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and other technical issues.

Collaboration and Communication:

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including UX/UI designers, product managers, and other developers. Provide technical guidance and support to team members as needed. Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.

Continuous Improvement:

Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends. Suggest and implement improvements to enhance the development process and application performance.

Qualifications:

Experience:

Proven experience of 5+ years as a Full Stack Developer with hands-on expertise in .NET and React. Solid understanding of web development principles, including RESTful API design and front-end frameworks.

Skills:

Proficiency in C# and .NET framework, including ASP.NET Core. Strong experience with React, including hooks, state management, and component-based architecture. Familiarity with database design and management, including SQL Server or similar relational databases. Experience with version control systems such as Git.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Other:

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment. Passion for creating high-quality educational technology solutions.
