Job Description

The Customer Master Data (CMD) Representative provides operational support for the Customer Master Data management domain by developing and adhering to standard operating procedures, guidelines, and defined business rules. The CMD liaises with business process stakeholders across organizations and geographies on behalf of Master Data owners. The Analyst seeks constant improvement in the quality and accuracy of Customer Master Data, ensuring uninterrupted business continuity. The Analyst performs day-to-day processes, a established by Master Data stewards.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for planning, requirements, design, implementation of analytics and business intelligence reporting solutions for tracking operational metrics. Partner with functional and business stakeholders to understand strategic business requirements and work closely with management and project teams, to provide guidance in driving solutions along with effective issue management and communication to key stakeholders. Responsible for License maintenance in GTS. This includes validating DEA, SLN and HIN licenses against medpro and state websites. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and understand reporting requirements. Design, develop, and maintain Power BI reports, dashboards, and interactive visualizations. Create data models, DAX calculations, and custom measures to enable effective data analysis. Optimize report performance for efficient data processing and user-friendly experience. Provide expertise in data visualization best practices and design appealing, user-centric reports. Work on strategies aimed to improve business reporting and planning process utilizing and continuous improvement across functions. Strong SQL skills with the ability to write efficient queries for data manipulation. Transform raw data from multiple sources using SQL for clean, structured datasets using data quality framework. Stay up to date with the latest Power BI features, updates, and industry trends. Troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolution for end-users. Utilize software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies. Experience with SAP S4/HANA Customer Master Data and GTS functionality along with knowledge of SAP HANA Database including customer master tables and T-codes helpful. Knowledge on controlled substance schedule as well as active Data Governance with data management tools such as DSP (Data Stewardship Platform) or equivalent is desirable. Continuous improvement, process enhancement experience, problem-solving skills, and ability to troubleshoot technical issues are key success factors in this role along with strong communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment is key.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Computer Science or similar preferred. 4+ years of relevant experience. Knowledge on SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) desirable. Microsoft Power BI certification(s) desirable.

The compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the Company believes in good faith it will pay for this role at the time of this posting based on the job grade for this position. Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographic location, and we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. This job is eligible to participate in our short-term incentive programs. ​
