The team will be seeking a new physician
Full Time position open for Family Medicine, Internal Medicine or IM/Peds Physician, BC/BE, MD/DOPatterson Avenue FP is a Primary Care First Practice - a CMS value-based care modelPractice hours are 8a-5p M-F36 patient contact hours and 4 hours admin per weekCall is 1:12 days - on call once in every 12 days - shared by all providers, Rx on call at provider's discretion, No scheduled drugs or pain medsNo Hospital responsibility - 100% outpatient practiceTelehealth and e-visits in addition to in-person careAverage 18 - 20 patients per dayEPIC EMRWe see all ages - 15% Peds, 50% adult, 35% GeriatricX-Ray and Lab in practiceBasic in-office proceduresDedicated 1:1 CMA/LPN supportLCSW, RN Care Manager, Community Health Worker, PharmD and Phlebotomist in practiceBon Secours Radiology, Rheumatology and Physical Therapy also in the buildingThis is truly a great team 7 MD's and 5 APC's Working toward the same goal, friendly, engaged, welcoming, patient-oriented, offering good care, flexible, great teamwork and support.Bon Secours is open to ANY providers who share our core values of Human Dignity, Integrity, Compassion, Stewardship and ServiceSign On Bonus as well as Quality and Productivity bonusMedical Education Debt AssistanceHighly competitive base salary guaranteed for 2 yearsGenerous Paid Time Off and CME allowance, license and DEA paid, paid liability insurance, robust benefits including 403b with matching % plus supplemental executive retirement plan for MD's. and much moreQualified Candidates must have completed a U.S. Residency Program, and be BE or BC by the ABMS (ABIM, ABFM).Contact in-house Recruiter Deb McCarthy to submit CV and schedule interview.
