Highly Visible role reporting into the Controller/Head of Finance|Internal Growth Opportunities into Management Level positions- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 3-5 years of combined experience in financial analysis and accounting, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and Excel for financial modeling.
- Knowledge of GAAP and familiarity with cost accounting principles in manufacturing.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
