Requirements:
  • 2 Years Minimum Experience
  • Abdomen, Pelvis, Head/Neck, Chest, Spine, Musculoskeletal, Diffusion (non-brain), Gradient Echo Imaging, Image Post-Processing, Maximum Intensity Projection (MIP), Multiplanar Reconstruction (MRP), Perfusion, Peripheral Magnetic Resonance, Spectroscopy, Spin Echo Images, Surface Coils, T-1 & T-2 Weighted Images e xperience
  • Outpatient, Inpatient, ER, Community Hospital, Adult ICU e xperience
  • PACS, Contrast e xperience
  • BLS, ARRT(R) or ARRT (MR)
Others:
  • Unit systems: EPIC, Visage (PACS)
  • Unit will Accept 1st time Travelers
  • Patient Age Groups: Adolescents, Adults & Geriatrics (Required)
  • Special equipment: Siemens (Avanto and Sola) and GE Premier must be competent on both
  • COVID-19 Vaccine (Facility Guideline): Not Required
  • Flu Vaccine (Facility Guideline): Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions Only

MRI PROCEDURE EXPERIENCE: Abdomen, Pelvis, Head/Neck, Chest, Spine, Musculoskeletal, Diffusion (non-brain), Gradient Echo Imaging, Image Post-Processing, Maximum Intensity Projection (MIP), Multiplanar Reconstruction (MRP), Perfusion, Peripheral Magnetic Resonance, Spectroscopy, Spin Echo Images, Surface Coils, T-1 & T-2 Weighted Images
WORK SETTING EXPERIENCE: Outpatient, Inpatient, ER, Community Hospital, Adult ICU
GENERAL SETTING EXPERIENCE: PACS, Contrast
LICENSE/CERTIFICATIONS: BLS, ARRT(R) or ARRT (MR)

RATIOS: 3 Rooms; Daily Caseload: 40
Unit will accept contracts from 13 weeks+ up to March 15, 2025 (hard stop) to get the Unit through the Holidays

12 HOUR NIGHTS FRIDAY 18:00 - 06:30, SATURDAY 18:00-06:30 SUNDAY 17:00 - 05:30

Weekend Schedule: Fri, Sat, Sun

SPECIAL PROCEDURES / UNIT DETAILS: 3rd Shift Tech works Independently in department (Occasional Ops Assistant is on duty, not guaranteed).

PATIENT AGE GROUPS: Adolescents, Adults & Geriatrics (REQUIRED)

SPECIAL EQUIPMENT: Siemens (Avanto and Sola) and GE Premier MUST BE COMPETENT ON BOTH

UNIT SYSTEMS: EPIC, Visage (PACS)

UNIT ORIENTATION: 1 week first shift then assess for independence

SCRUBS: Royal Blue Tops and Bottoms
