What You’ll Do

As a Restaurant Supervisor, you’ll oversee the daily operations of the Front of the House, ensuring smooth service and an excellent guest experience. Your responsibilities include:

Leading, training, and mentoring the front-of-house team to uphold our high standards of service. Coordinating and assisting with day-to-day operations, including opening/closing, reservations, and floor management. Ensuring guest satisfaction by addressing any service issues promptly and professionally. Supporting the restaurant team in maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient environment. Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service between the Front and Back of House. Upholding Marriott’s core values and The Tillery’s standards of hospitality at all times.

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience in a supervisory role within a high-volume restaurant or hotel environment. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. A passion for hospitality and providing exceptional guest experiences. Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Knowledge of restaurant operations, including POS systems and guest satisfaction management.
