  • The Compensation Analyst is familiar with some aspects of compensation and has a basic understanding and knowledge of compensation principles, practices, concepts, and theories.
  • They are responsible to assist the Compensation Advisor and Manager of HRIS & Payroll with executing all activities associated with compensation management.
  • Utilize data results to make recommendations and/or identify trends based on Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s), market information, or business strategy.
  • Champions a corporate culture that emphasizes transparency, integrity, safety, environmental responsibility, employee development, diversity and inclusion, customer service, and operational excellence.
  • BS/BA degree from an accredited college/university in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • Experience with a business intelligence platform (such as MS Power BI) a plus
