Description

The Licensed Mental Health Counselor will function as a core member of a multidisciplinary team and communicate patient's health care needs with primary care, behavioral health services, health care facilities and/or payers. Acts as an advocate and helps patient gain access to resources while confronting their personal issues, such as mental illness, addiction, and abuse.

Required Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree - Mental Counseling or Behavioral Science.

  • Bachelor's Degree - Behavioral Science.

  • Washington Mental Health Counselor License upon hire.

  • 2 years - In the field or in a related area.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2 years - Ambulatory clinic or hospital.

About the Team

Providence Clinical Network (PCN) is a service line within Providence serving patients across seven states with quality, compassionate, coordinated care.
