  • Implement operational procedures to ensure consistent and continuous compliance by all employees and vendors with applicable safety and regulatory requirements, standards, and protocols. Achieve this primarily through construction plan reviews, coordinating with engineering, and thorough closeout document review.
  • Ensure all product lines adhere to standards outlined in structural analyses, scopes of work, and engineering documents.
  • Proactively identify potential risks and collaborate with management to develop preventative action plans.
  • Troubleshoot, negotiate, and effectively mediate any client or subcontractor problems or complaints that arise at the site level.
  • Provide to internal and external stakeholders regular project level updates on forecasted and actual production.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Minimum of 5 years of project management and/or vendor management experience required.
  • Sound financial analysis, reporting, and project budgeting skills.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, including the ability to present ideas and suggestions clearly and effectively.
  • Strong organization skills, including the ability to accomplish multiple tasks within the agreed upon timeframes through effective prioritization of duties and functions in a fast-paced and high-volume environment.
