  • Under general supervision, efficiently operates Mumm Napa tirage and disgorge bottling equipment using a wide variety of technical, mechanical and manual skills, monitoring and ensuring the product quality in adherence to standards and specifications.
  • Assits with the inventory control and traceability for all Mumm Napa packaging materials, operating supplies, and finished goods inventories including recording of material movements, data entry, and physical inventory activities.
  • Delivers BOM supplies to the bottling lines as directed by Work Order instructions
  • Assists with the data entry and reporting of bottling related movements/transactions into bottling databases and PRW USA's ERP system as required
  • Supports Mumm Napa harvest activities including fruit receival, operation of grape presses, and/or cellar related tasks
  • Monitor, measure, and track environmental data related to bottling operations, identification of any non-compliance issues and/or opportunities for improvement related to use of natural resources and influences to waste streams
  • Minimum 2 years winery production environment experience required
  • Working conditions in certain areas of the winery are cold, wet, slippery and noisy.
