Contract Duration: 24 Months
Required Skills & Experience 5+ years of Information Security Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education. Experience with Guardicore, Illumio, or Secure Workload. Experience with Micro-Segmentation security solutions including policy management. Strategic planning experience in translating leadership vision into executable strategies and initiatives. Knowledge of Zero Trust Framework and network segmentation strategies. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Technical documentation experience. Demonstrated experience in developing network automation. Experience with ServiceNow and Jira. Experience with Linux and Windows server operating systems. Ability to work off hours and occasional weekends to support change activities. Available to work hybrid mode.
What You Will Be Doing Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Information Security Engineering. Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale or longer-term Information Security Engineering challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors. Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables. Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel. Design, document, test, maintain, and provide issue resolution recommendations for highly complex security solutions related to Micro-Segmentation. Provide requirements and drive team to create automation / orchestration for enterprise Micro-Segmentation solution. Identify new tools and/or features to strengthen enterprise Micro-Segmentation capabilities. Serve as SME for enterprise Micro-Segmentation deployment. Provide security consulting on large projects for internal clients to ensure conformity with corporate information, security policy, and standards. Utilize subject matter knowledge in industry leading security solutions and best practices to implement components of information security. Collaborate and influence all levels of professionals including management.
