    Job Description

  • Lead the commissioning and start-up of our new food manufacturing facility.
Oversee the build-out process, ensuring all equipment and systems are installed and operational.Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize production, efficiency, and quality.Manage day-to-day plant operations, including production, maintenance, quality control, and safety.Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team to support plant operations.Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company standards.Monitor and analyze production metrics to identify areas for improvement.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals and objectives.Develop and manage the plant budget, ensuring cost-effective operations.

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Food Science, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus. Minimum of 7 years of experience in plant management within the food manufacturing industry.Proven experience in commissioning and building out new manufacturing facilities.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent knowledge of production management, quality control, and safety standards.Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive operational excellence.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
