A local accounting firm is seeking a tech-savvy individual to join their team as an IT Associate and provide computer technical support. In this role, you will work on technology-related projects, respond to any tech-related incidents and troubleshoot problems as needed.?

The ideal candidate will have their bachelor's degree and be familiar with current technology trends and developments.

Hours Full-time, Monday to Friday Location Honolulu, Oahu Pay $60,000 to $63,000 a year Responsibilities
  • Plan, research, and manage technology-related projects.
  • Respond and follow up on technology-related incidents.
  • Troubleshoot problems as needed.
  • Interact and maintain a strong relationship with vendors.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology management, or related major.
  • Project management experience is a plus but not required.
  • Familiar with current technology trends/developments.
  • Strong communication (verbal, written, interpersonal) skills.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
