El equipo de soporte en la nube de CloudHesive es el primer punto de contacto para los clientes y sus necesidades, enfrentando desafíos constantes y tecnologías variadas. Trabajarás con equipos multidisciplinarios, construyendo y ejecutando hojas de ruta de productos y buscando continuamente oportunidades de crecimiento para los clientes, garantizándoles la mejor experiencia posible.

Trabajan continuamente con su equipo para afrontar nuevos desafíos con tecnologías de punta, logrando así un desarrollo profesional de cada empleado, mediante el apoyo adicional de cursos y certificaciones de primer nivel.

Requisitos:

  • Experiencia mayor a 3 años en el manejo de alguna de las principales nubes del mercado, sea diseñando, construyendo y/o administrando.
  • Experiencia en arquitecturas On Premise (Almacenamiento, Redes, Virtualización de servidores, etc).
  • Experiencia en despliegue de Infraestructura como código IaC (Ejemplo: Cloudformation, Terraform).
  • Experiencia en lenguajes de Scripting (Ejemplo: Bash, Powershell, Python, etc.) para la automatización de operaciones utilizando scripts y herramientas.
  • Experiencia en sistemas operativos Windows o Linux, del tipo servidor.
  • Conocimientos en implementación y administración de herramientas de monitoreo como Datadog, Grafana, Prometheus, Nagios, etc.
  • Nivel intermedio de inglés.

Responsabilidades:

  • La persona que se sume estará involucrado/a día a día administrando, brindando soporte y proponiendo mejoras en arquitecturas SaaS y Cloud de gran escala en múltiples servicios, asi como también implementando y gestionando el monitoreo de sistemas complejos y brindando atención de calidad a nuestros clientes.

Ubicación: Híbrido (en oficinas propias o de sus clientes)

Horario de trabajo: Full time.
