Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant (Wound Care)

Description:

We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant with specialized training and experience in wound care to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing quality patient care and assisting in the treatment of acute and chronic wounds.

Responsibilities:

- Assisting healthcare providers in wound assessment, treatment, and management
- Providing wound care services including cleaning, dressing changes, and wound measurements
- Monitoring and documenting wound healing progress
- Collaborating with other healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized wound care plans
- Educating patients and their families on wound care techniques and prevention measures
- Maintaining a clean and sterile environment to prevent infections and promote healing
- Adhering to all healthcare regulations and protocols related to wound care

Requirements:

- Certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA) or similar qualification
- Specialized training or certification in wound care
- Previous experience in wound care preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team
- Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards patients
- Knowledge of wound care products and techniques
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
