Solar Installer

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Solar Installer to join our team. As a Solar Installer, you will be responsible for assisting with the installation and maintenance of solar panels on residential and commercial properties. This is a hands-on role that requires technical knowledge and the ability to work at heights.

Duties
- Assist with the installation of solar panels on roofs and other structures
- Follow blueprints and schematics to ensure accurate placement of panels
- Use hand tools and power tools to secure panels in place
- Connect panels to electrical systems, ensuring proper wiring and functionality
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on solar panel systems
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and safely
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations.

Qualifications
- Previous experience in solar panel installation or a related field preferred
- Knowledge of electrical systems and basic wiring principles
- Familiarity with blueprint reading and schematics
- Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
