  • Directly supervising technical and support personnel, serving as their primary resource and mentor.
  • Collaborating with laboratory leadership and pathologists to pioneer new clinical and technical procedures, contributing to the advancement of healthcare.
  • Ensuring the training and competency of staff, fostering a culture of growth and development.
  • Identifying areas for improvement, driving performance enhancements, waste reduction, and cost containment initiatives.
  • Representing the laboratory section within the facility, demonstrating leadership and professionalism at all times.
