Apple Blossom is an award winning restaurant Apple Blossom focuses on Seasonal American Cuisine from around the country. We are sourcing superstars, and our menu celebrates the best food Work alongside award winning chef, Paul C Reilly, recipient of many both local and national awards for his passion to the good food movement

Position will oversee shifts and assist in training, staff education, inventory, scheduling, , disciplinary actions, private events, development of following operational procedures.

Our Food service operations oversee the Restaurant space, room service and banquets. Our restaurant serves Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner.

Benefits:

-$22 per hour (time and a half after 40 hours)

Applicants Must:

have minimum 2 years FOH experience preferable experience as server, host, back wait, and bartender.

passion for exceptional hospitality

proficient in cash handling and cash reconciliation procedures

proficient in Word, Excel, OpenTable

working knowledge of food safety and food handling

be 21 years of age

ability to stand for extended periods of time up to 10 hours

ability to frequently lift 50 pounds and be able to bend, stoop, and reach frequently

have the stamina to work 45-50 hours a wek

be able to communicate in the language of the restaurant

have the desire to work in a growing, thriving organization
