That's Nice, But What's the Job? In short, Supervisor of Ancillary Services directs and coordinates all aspects of operations and maintenance in the ancillary services department, handling staffing, scheduling, performance management and budgeting, implement process and improvements to optimize workflow and enhance the overall function of the Ancillary team.
group and performs key functions within the accounting segment and will have broad general exposure to accounting segments and functions. Supervises and mentors the Ancillary team.
Responsible for certain aspects of the month-end close process specific to Ancillary related applications and refunds.
Responsible for monitoring and adjusting workflow for day-to-day operations
Makes recommendations for system, process, policy, and procedure changes. Follows through with recommendations to implementation.
Perform monthly Quality Assurance to comply with audit controls and ensure process accuracy.
Lead, manage and develop employees.
Team admin support, including but not limited to, approving payroll, managing training/PTO schedules, completing metrics, conducting reviews, etc.
Leads and participates in various special projects, including collaboration with IT and other internal departments.

Killer analytical and reporting abilities. You'll need the capability to analyze financial data and in return, prepare timely reports on your findings.
A mind for the details. Okay we know "detail-oriented" is on about every job description - but we really mean it

Collaborative contributor. You need the ability to coordinate and supervise staff while remaining an individual contributor to the team.

The Specifics. A bachelor's degree required, preferred in Accounting or Finance
2+ years' experience in accounts receivable, in lieu of degree specialization
2 + years of recent supervisory experience
Analytical with demonstrated project management skills
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Reporting software; SQL
