Salary Range: Negotiable and highly competitive Salary Range $50 to $60 Hourly. Individual salaries dependent on location, experience, and job related factors.

Position Summary:

Our team is looking for someone to cover vacations/call-offs in the Simi Valley region (Camarillo, Northridge, Valencia).

Provide Physical Therapy to patients in an out-patient settingCreate individualized care plans for each treatmentCollaborate with colleagues to optimize careGrow relationships with your staff and the community you supportUtilize a state-of-the-art EMR for documentation, reporting, and data collectionComply with all federal, state, and insurance-based rules and regulations

Qualifications:

Graduation from a physical therapy curriculum approved by the American Physical Therapy Association.Current State licensure for the practice of physical therapy.
