Responsibilities Work at a high level within a team on most phases of service analysis and consider the business implications of technology applications to the current and future business environment. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into systems requirements and scoping Work on an Agile team to deliver technical solutions that meet our user’s needs. Contribute to the definition of systems requirements conduct gap analysis and identify feasible alternative solutions that meet defined business objectives Ensure that operational tasks are completed on time and coordinate with business units as needed. Participate in the production support rotation. Respond within one business day to end user questions system issues and requests for data sets reports and system enhancements. Independently research and troubleshoot any issues. Consult other analysts as needed. Identify opportunities for process and/or system improvements. Make suggestions to implement those changes. May review other analysts’ work reports specification documents and/or test scripts to comply with IT Audit guidelines.Key Skillls Problem solving. Critical thinking. Business knowledge. Decision-making. Programming skills. Analytical skills.
