These positions support the entire PPFC Operations Department by primarily performing packaging, shipping, receiving, and warehouse tasks. Our team works closely with our bakers to ensure we are packaging and shipping a high-quality product. To ensure overall success, the fulfillment & packaging staff will occasionally assist the bakery department. Training will be provided for all tasks assigned and equipment used.

Rate of Pay: Starting at $18.00 hourly; Benefits for FT employees include Health/Dental and Vision Insurance, Eight Paid Holidays, Paid Time Off provided after training period, Employee Assistance Program, Employee Referral Program, and Educational Assistance Program offered.

Schedule: 20 – 24 hrs weekly for PT employees and 32 - 40 hrs weekly for FT employees; Monday - Friday, between 7:00 am – 9:00 pm on a recurring schedule (no more than 8 hours per day). Weekend Shift hours available – 9:30 am – 5:00 pm that can be included with your PT or FT hours.

Essential Job Functions:
• Participate in packaging tasks including bagging, casing, inventory tracking, accurate labeling, and operation of large manufacturing equipment.
• Participate in warehouse tasks including casing, order fulfillment, pallet building, receiving, inventory tracking, accurate labeling, and operation of basic warehouse equipment.
• Maintain integrity and organization of products and supplies.
• Follow health and safety standards.
• Verify the accuracy of projects and completion of paperwork.
• Perform the tasks of other operations departments as requested by management. Cross-Training in the Bakery will be provided.
Physical Requirements

• Stand and walk continuously during an 8-hour shift
• Ability to regularly lift 50 pounds
• Frequent stooping, bending, twisting, pulling, pushing, reaching, and lifting
