Responsibilities

· Lead the design and implementation of scalable and secure DevOps solutions.

· Oversee the integration of Jenkins and GITHUB for continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines.

· Provide expertise in Apigee API Management to ensure seamless API integration and management.

· Implement and manage DevOps tools and concepts to streamline development processes.

· Ensure the adoption of DevSecOps practices to enhance security throughout the development lifecycle.

· Utilize the Azure Platform to deploy and manage cloud-based applications and services.

· Manage Docker and Container Registry to facilitate containerized application deployment.

· Set up and maintain container environments to ensure efficient application performance.

· Implement API Gateway solutions to manage and secure API traffic.

· Automate infrastructure provisioning and management using Terraform.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.

· Monitor and optimize system performance to ensure high availability and reliability.

· Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

Qualifications

· Possess a strong understanding of Jenkins GITHUB and Apigee API Management.

· Demonstrate expertise in DevOps Tools DevOps Concepts and DevSecOps practices.

· Have hands-on experience with the Azure Platform Docker and Container Registry.

· Show proficiency in setting up and managing container environments.

· Exhibit knowledge of API Gateway and its implementation.

· Be skilled in automation using Azure DevOps and Terraform.

· Have a solid background in the Payer domain.

· Nice to have experience in other cloud platforms and additional DevOps tools.

· Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

· Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

Salary and Other Compensation:

Applications will be accepted until 8/25/2024

The annual salary for this position is between $68,422 to 114,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
