Description

Ensure cleanliness of all bar/beverage outlets as well as cleanliness of all beverage equipment, storage spaces, floors, mats and any other relevant equipment to the operation.
Stock and adequately rotate product to comply with department and health department standards
Receive beer and liquor orders and deliver to appropriate outlets
Perform bartender duties to during lunch/breaks, as needed
Enthusiastically supports, actively promotes, and demonstrates superior customer service in accordance with department and company standards and programs.
Responsible for ensuring the compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations within area of responsibility and reporting potential issues to management.
