Our Team:
Join our team as a Centra Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and be at the forefront of driving transformative Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment in a dynamic and collaborative environment. Your role is pivotal, encompassing the development, implementation, and both administrative and clinical supervision of assigned program and services. As a leader in our Autism & Developmental program, you will bring your expertise to the forefront, leading a team of Behavior Technicians (BTS) to implement ABA treatment plans.

Conduct ABA assessments (e.g., Vineland, VB-MAPP, AFLS, ABLLS-R, Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), etc.) to assess new and existing client skills to write individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plansAnalyze and interpret data to monitor client progress and make data-driven treatment decisionsAuthor reports to update the treatment team on client progress toward goal achievementCollaborate with key stakeholders such as parents/caregivers/guardians, other medical professionals, educational professionals, and other related service providers to drive client outcomes Provide clinical training, support, and supervision to a small team of BTs and serve as their direct managerSupport BTs through the process of becoming a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) within 6 months of their hire dateProvides direct ABA therapy as needed to clientsCollaborates and maintains professional relationships with team members, colleagues, other service providers, and leadership Use electronic health record system for clinical documentation and scheduling/billingOf note:
For home visits- A Virginia State Driver’s license with a Virginia Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) record in good standing, per Centra guidelines is required. When driving a Centra-owned vehicle, Centra is the primary insurer. When driving a privately-owned vehicle for work, personal insurance attached to the vehicle is the primary insurance; Centra insurance will supplement for catastrophic events. Centra will review DMV records annually and verify personal insurance as needed.

Required Qualifications
Master’s Degree in Human Services, Education, Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or other related fieldSupervisory experience in a clinical or educational setting serving individuals with disabilities Experience with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)Actively licensed or licensed eligible as a Behavior Analyst by the Virginia Board of Medicine An active driver’s license in good standing
