How Will You Shine?

As a valued and successful Maintenance Supervisor, you will be required to:

Provide positive leadership Communicate with other departments to fulfill guests needs Perform pool water chemistry/maintain pool chemical controls for water balancing Coach and Counsel staff HVAC experience Electrical experience Be able to work independently or part of a team Must be able to communicate articulately and comprehend written and verbal communication Building Maintenance experience Previous supervisor experience preferred
