We’re looking for someone with strong character, ethics, and a commitment to helping us deliver exceptional value to our customers. While experience is helpful, it's not a must if you have the right attitude and a willingness to learn and communicate professionally with customers.

Responsibilities

  • Generate new leads through cold calling and set up appointments.
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to drive sales growth.
  • Conduct product demos and offer technical support.
  • Work with the sales team to share strategies and insights.
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
  • Provide top-notch customer service to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, management, and customers.
  • Participate in training to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Work both independently and collaboratively to achieve sales objectives.

Experience

  • Proven experience in outside sales is beneficial but not required.
  • Experience in sales management, customer service, and inventory control is a plus.
  • Familiarity with dealership environments and commercial markets is advantageous.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • A strong work ethic and commitment to exceeding sales targets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $36,000.00 per year
