Hiring Class A Drivers Reefer Freight, Travel to all 48 States.

Hiring CDL drivers for various large name reputable trucking companies with good safety ratings. We help fill their positions because they don't have the bandwidth in their recruiting departments to handle the number of applications they get daily. You must be 23 years of age and have a minimum of 3 to 6 months of experience outside of CDL school to qualify unless the job is posted for trainee allowed (must have CDL and be outside driving school for 2 months before can qualify) All the carriers I work with prefer drivers with MVRS that only have one one or two minor tickets on it in the last 5 years and preferably no accidents. Criminal history is always pending on the carriers safety and compliance team and will be reviewed. No DUIs ever in last 5 years and no more than 6 months of unverifiable or unemployment in last 1 year or 1 year in last 3 years. You must live in radius of the job description to qualify as well. No failed drug tests or SAP completion will be accepted (unless the SAP program you have docs showing fully completed AND OUTSIDE of 10 years) if you get hired you will be working directly for the carrier (benefits, equipment, operations team, payroll through them etc)


Job Description:

  • Home time is every 2 weeks (14 days) for drivers west of the Mississippi river.
  • Primarily travel the Midwest/East of I-35 with occasional loads outside those lanes based on customer needs; will be expected to be able to run all 48 states.
  • Truckload and multi-stop/LTL temperature controlled loads
  • NYC and 5 boroughs are not forced-dispatched.
  • Must be 23+ years of age
  • 65% Drop and Hook Freight
  • 99% No Touch Freight


Requirements:

  • Must be 23+ Years of Age
  • Minimum Experience: 2 Years OTR in the last 3 Years
  • Only tractor trailer is what they look at. Can be local, regional, OTR, etc. They would prefer to have some OTR experience though (drove a truck with a sleeper0
  • Must have MAJORITY OTR experience (sleeping in a truck, running log books)


Pay:

  • $0.62 CPM (includes a $0.10cpm per diem)
  • Weekly Guarantee - $1,250
  • Average Miles = 2,087
  • Top 50% Average Mile = 2,697
  • Average Gross - $1,550
  • Top 50% Average Gross - $1,740

Moving Violations:

  • No more than 2 in the past 12 months
  • No more than 4 in the past 3 years
  • No Serious moving violations in the past 3 years
  • Excessive speed (15mph+)
  • Reckless/Careless Driving
  • Leaving the scene
  • Hit and Run
  • Failure to Report
  • Violation as a result of an accident
  • Improper or erratic lane change
  • Following too close
  • Operating a commercial motor vehicle without a valid CDL or possession of a CDL without proper class or endorsement
  • Texting in violation of state or local law
  • The use of a hand-held mobile telephone while driving
  • Speeding in a work/construction zone


Incidents/Accidents:

  • 0 in the last 12 months
  • No more than 3 in the last 3 years
  • None in the past 7 years: ran off road, dropper trailer, topped trailer, jackknife, rollover
  • Incidents are anything not DOT preventable. As long as non DOT preventable; it's not a DQ for having just one in the past 12 months.


Number of Jobs:

  • No more than 3 in the last 12 months
  • No more than 9 in the past 3 years
  • No Job Hoppers


Type of Equipment:

  • Model Peterbuilt 579 Ultralofts
  • We have KW T680s but they are rarely open
  • All trucks have APUs (mostly TermoKing but also have some Carriers on older units)
  • All trucks have refrigerators
  • All trucks have power inverters
  • Trucks are governed at 70 MPH on the cruise and 70 MPH on the pedal
  • Outward facing cameras ONLY
  • trucks have PACCAR motors
  • Automatic transition
  • The truck is permanently assigned to the driver
  • Company can give a preference on what they want but ultimately it is based on availability
