The Emergency Department (CNA) Certified Nursing Assistant is responsible for assisting with unit/patient care needs under the direction and supervision of a registered nurse. CNA has full access to patient health information. May have access to medication storage areas (excluding controlled substances) as related to job responsibilities.


CNA - Shift: 11PM - 7 AM Every Friday/Saturday 

Requirements

  • High school graduate or equivalent.
  • Listed with North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services Division of Health Service Regulation in good standing.
  • Must possess full range of body motion to pass a basic FIT test to include bending, stooping, standing and sitting for extended periods of time.  Must be able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
