Job Description
You will possess the ability to advocate for the brand across numerous markets and professional communities, while maintaining excellent relationships with key stakeholdersThe Manager is responsible for developing and managing a diverse pipeline of candidates, while actively handling a high volume of searchesIn this role, it is essential to be highly adaptable, agile, and process-oriented with a passion for identifying top talent, collaboration and driving results.The ability to recruit for program managers specifically with K-12 and above, maintain confidentiality.Assess and challenge existing recruiting strategies, methods, and systems to create a proactive and efficient approach to sourcing, screening, and on boarding qualified talentDrive effective sourcing strategies through a myriad of sourcing channels including the use of social media and job boards`Leverage data to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of talent acquisition: sourcing, screening, and decision makingEstablish, track, and analyze recruitment activity metrics and create reports for leadership as requestedAttend and support hiring managers at recruiting events, conferences, and networking functions to build relationships and source candidatesProvide subject-matter expertise, including training and engagement with leaders and those intimately involved in the recruitment processDevelop relationships with third party recruitment agencies and staffing firms while measuring the results obtained

The Successful Applicant
You will have extensive experience in recruitment, with a comprehensive knowledge of data mining, screening, sourcing, and innovative hiring practicesEqually important, is a working knowledge and understanding of applicable employment and labor lawsCultivate and maintain ongoing positive partnerships with internal stakeholders to understand departmental and divisional dynamics, workforce planning strategies, internal mobility and talent needs to support a seamless hiring processFive to 7 years progressively responsible experience in human resources particularly with talent acquisition methods and related best practice., preferably in PK-12 schoolDemonstrated experience in a talent acquisition leadership role, managing full recruitment to on-boarding cycleProficient use of social media and job boardsWillingness to understand the duties and competencies of distinct rolesWorking knowledge of applicant tracking systems and databasesExcellent interpersonal, decision-making, and communication skillsAbility to represent the school well as the first point of contact with a potential candidateProficiency with Greenhouse, Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPointTolerance for ambiguity and uncertainty while being able to move responsibilities forward in a timely mannerCollaborative leadership style and understanding of position as a service to othersAbility to work across organizational boundaries to build and maintain
What's on Offer
Highly desirable hourly rate A 6-12 month minimum contract Fully Remote position with flexibility 25 hours per week (5 hours per day) Monday to Friday 2:00pm - 7:00pm typical work schedule Medical and dental benefits provided from day 1 Highly desirable position with stability for the next 6 months Option to go into office, if local to the New York Metropolitan area
