Job Description:

Engineering Project Manager, Reno NV

This position is responsible for the design and installation of projects. Engineering Project Manager is responsible for deploying his/her engineering know-how to successfully execute and deliver projects to the business that provide a competitive advantage.

Travel up to 50% depending on time of year

What are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or closely related scientific or technical disciplines would be required
  • Relevant 2+ year experience in closely related industry would be required
  • Proven ability to work in a team environment and on high performing teams
  • Strong communication, listening, and influencing skills

What will be your key responsibilities?
  • Manage projects to deliver safe, secure, and environmentally responsible results
  • Manage multiple responsibilities including project execution, functional support, self-development, and concentrating on growing the role
  • Engage project team members, encourage them to proactively perform assigned tasks
  • Actively interface with functional groups on the project team
  • Ensure delivery of assigned objectives for scope, time, budget, and cash flow
