Job Description

Manage the QA DepartmentSupervise quality, innovate, assess, and improve manufacturing methods in our process centersWork with teams to execute continuous improvement initiativesPerform root cause analysis and implement effective countermeasuresContribute valuable insights to new product development and ongoing production improvementsUphold company quality standards and oversee ISO 9001:2015 auditsPromote quality and lead initiativesOversee PPAP submissions and customer quality requirementsMonitor product manufacturing processes to ensure qualityCollaborate with the manufacturing team on product quality and process methods

The Successful Applicant

3-5 years supervisory experienceMetal fabrication and/or machining backgroundKnowledge of entire PPAP processExperience working with customers and solving customer complaintsAbility to maintain ISO 9001 QMS and conduct auditsKnowledge of GD&T and blueprint reading
