Responsibilities may include but are not limited to the following Understand maintain and improve month-end close processes and systems to facilitate an efficient close Record revenues to appropriate GL accounts cost centers and customer jobs Assist in calculating commissions on a monthly basis Accumulate information related to the employee payroll process Maintain accounting ledgers by verifying and posting account transactions Assist in Month-end close; preparing monthly recurring and accrual journal entries and all related account reconciliations and analysis Qualifications and Requirements Bachelor s Degree in Accounting or Finance Education and/or 2+ years previous experience working in an accounting finance or related department Excellent oral and written communication skills Demonstrate thoroughness and good analytical skills resolves misunderstandings/conflicts through research analysis and empathy Proficiency in Excel and knowledge of QuickBooksWhat do you get out of this A great deal of insight into all aspects of a fast-growing business A fun open family environment You will never be bored
