Position Overview:
We are seeking a friendly, hardworking, and passionate individual to join our team as a Barista and Sandwich Maker. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting delicious coffee beverages, preparing sandwiches and other food items, and ensuring a positive experience for all of our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers warmly and take orders efficiently.
Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and espresso drinks, adhering to company standards.
Assemble and prepare sandwiches and other menu items, ensuring quality and consistency.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the coffee station, sandwich prep area, and dining areas.
Operate the cash register, handle transactions, and provide accurate change.
Restock supplies as needed and monitor inventory levels.
Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
Provide excellent customer service, addressing any customer questions or concerns promptly.
Qualifications:

Previous experience as a barista or in food preparation is preferred but not required; we are willing to train the right candidate.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
A positive attitude and a passion for coffee and food.
