MAJOR DUTIES: You will: Develop, plan, implement, and advise on Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) programs and related regulations. Advise internal and external stakeholders on EEO programs including the management, implementation, and reporting of Agency EEO activities. Manage, evaluate, and advise on the regional EEO pre-complaint counseling program. Lead the regional Inclusion and Diversity (I&D) initiative and Special Emphasis Programs (SEPs) to provide training and recommendations.
