Description:
Role Title: Facets Tester
Location: Remote
Duration: 3+ Month Contract
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive regression testing on Facets and CES processes to ensure system integrity and functionality.
- Identify, document, and track defects and issues, working closely with the development team to resolve them.
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on project requirements and specifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project objectives and ensure alignment with testing goals.
- Provide detailed test reports and documentation to stakeholders, highlighting test results, issues, and recommendations.
- Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in Facets and CES testing.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Facets and CES process regression testing.
- Strong understanding of Facets claims processing and claim edits/CES.
- Proficiency in developing and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
