Facility is dedicated to providing comprehensive dental care with a primary focus on patient needs. We are seeking a Dentist who is committed to delivering high-quality, efficient, and cost-effective general dental care to a diverse patient population. The ideal candidate will foster strong dentist-patient relationships and demonstrate competence in clinical and office procedures.

Essential Functions:
- Deliver high-quality dental care in a clinical setting.
- Provide general dental care across all life cycles: prenatal, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric.
- Foster dentist-patient relationships and motivate patient cooperation.
- Demonstrate competence in general office procedures.
- Record patient treatment using SOAP format or equivalent.
- Perform various dental procedures including diagnostic, preventive, restorative, endodontic, periodontic, prosthodontic, and oral surgery.
- Participate in the Center's Quality Assurance program.
- Maintain a current Arizona dental license and fulfill continuing education requirements.
- Collaborate with dental auxiliary staff in a professional manner.
- Complete administrative duties associated with dentistry practice.
- Attend staff meetings and participate in consultations with medical staff.
- Take emergency on-call duties as required.
- Serve on committees as required.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) from an ADA-accredited dental school.
- Licensure from the Arizona State Board of Dental Examiners.
- Current Arizona State Licensure Renewal Certificate.
- Current DEA Number certificate.
- CPR certified (BLS).
- Valid drivers license.

Preferred Qualifications:
- 1 year of directly related experience.
- Bilingual in English/Spanish/Navajo.
