JOB SUMMARY:

  • This role is responsible for ensuring inventory counts are accurate and efficient operations through executing audits and analysis of daily receiving and dispatching processes as well as conducting proper SAP transactions.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Responsibilities:

  • Control returnable packaging process including tracking and tracing complaints, reporting on materials movement, stock balance at customers’, stock accuracy, and invoice verification
  • Safeguard incoming goods and stock
  • Ensuring compliance with all regulations, rules, procedures, policies and internal audits in the field of health & safety, environment and food safety
  • Participating in inventory and stock audits and checks in assigned areas as well as at external facilities at times
  • Controlling stock rotation (assess inventory output on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis to identify trends in productivity)
  • Responsible for accurate recordings in environmental, health, safety and sustainability system (EconOnline)
  • Verifies correctness of packaging registration is system (propose corrective actions if necessary)
  • Assisting with the implementation of and maintenance of CP systems, including performing internal audit as needed
  • Monitor, report on, and suggest improvements for the effectiveness of sorting activities
  • Monitor the activity of the sorting company to be compliant with the 5s, HACCP, and WCM standards
  • Proactively problem solve and recommend solutions to create efficiencies while reducing damages and cargo loss
  • Coaching the packaging sorting facility teams regarding CP policies, procedures and rules.
  • Maintaining necessary KPI´s regarding performance of packaging materials planning and supply, on time, based on the production plan requirements.
  • Optimizing the transfer of returnable packaging materials to avoid spendings for incorrect delivery routes.
  • Manage CP US assets, to maintain and operate at the highest level of performance.
  • Giving instructions, monitoring work and driving operational excellence within the sorting company
