**Job Title:** Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) / Physician Assistant (PA)

**Location:** Remote

**Setting:** Inpatient

**Schedule:** 7 on / 7 off (Day or Night)

**Salary:** Up to $160,000 (depending on experience)

**Employment Type:** W2 or 1099

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Provide comprehensive psychiatric care to patients in an inpatient setting.
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and manage ongoing care.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.

**Requirements:**

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a psychiatric inpatient setting.
- Current certification and licensure as a PMHNP or PA.
- _**Must be licensed in Texas & Florida.**_
- Ability to work a 7 on / 7 off schedule.
- Strong clinical skills and a commitment to patient care.
