Physician will join a team of 6 OB/GYN Physicians, 7 Certified Nurse Midwives and 1 Nurse PractitionerCall ratio 1:6 with a goal of obtaining 1:7Laborist/Doc-of-the-day care model4-day work week when not on weekend callStrong work-life balance with ability to take call from home.24-hour weekday call and 72-hour weekend call shiftsHigh volume of minimally invasive surgeries among the group, including robotics and vNotesNurse Triage service is first line for all patient calls outside business hours and covers routine obstetrical and gynecological questions.Experienced, trustworthy labor and delivery staff with low turnoverNewly expanded and state of the art (LDRP) suites- 24 bedsTotal practice deliveries average 1000 yearlyLevel 2 NICU24/7 access to highly collegial MFM consult with direct phone call.Two clinic locations with one located on the hospital campus.Fully integrated system with clinic and hospitals on Epic EMR to improve care coordination.Practice Details:
