We're looking for an experienced product leader to help shape and execute an innovative vision for our flagship product, Predict. Your role will be vital in building and enhancing tools that maximize the long-term success of our advertising efforts through intuitive and dynamic visualizations of data, trends, and insights. You'll make a major impact on one of Pattern's most critical products, enabling users to unlock the full potential of their data.

This is a full time, hybrid role based in Lehi, UT.

What is a day in the life of a Director of Product?

  • Develop and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with company goals and market trends

  • Domain expertise in the advertising industry and data visualization platforms
  • Proven track record of successfully bringing innovative products to market and driving product growth and profitability
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex ideas into actionable plans
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams, build consensus, and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Experience working in an agile environment and familiarity with agile methodologies
  • Analytical mindset with a passion for leveraging data to drive decision-making and measure product performance

What is the team like?

You will manage product designers, managers, engineers, and strategists between the US and India, and be supervised by our Chief Brand Officer. This team is data driven and results oriented. You will collaborate regularly with members of your team to implement actionable solutions. Ideas and input are encouraged from all members.
