Job Opportunity: Commercial Maintenance Worker (Washington State)
Are you a skilled or willing to learn? We have an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Maintenance Worker in Washington State. Join our team and contribute to the upkeep and functionality of various commercial buildings.
Position Overview: As a Commercial Maintenance Worker, you will be crucial in ensuring the smooth operation and appearance of commercial buildings, grounds, and equipment. Your responsibilities will include performing routine maintenance, and repairs, and assisting with construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:

• Maintenance and Repairs: Conduct inspections, troubleshoot issues, diagnose problems, and perform mechanical repairs on various equipment used in commercial settings.
• Preventative Maintenance: Implement preventative maintenance procedures to extend the lifespan of equipment and property and minimize downtime.
• Equipment Operation: Operate shop equipment effectively to carry out maintenance tasks.
• General Support: Assist with general painting, repair, remodeling, alterations, and construction activities related to buildings, grounds, facilities, and equipment.

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Relevant experience in maintenance, repair, or construction.
• Valid Driver’s License and own vehicle.
• Familiarity with operating tools and equipment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Desirable Qualities:
• Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures.
• Mechanical aptitude and hands-on skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
