You will perform the accounting, supply and purchasing management services in support of the Coast Guard Uniform Program.  You will be responsible for the day to day and special circumstance purchase and supply of uniform items required by the Corps of Cadets, Officer Candidate accession programs, active duty, reserve, retiree, and auxiliary members.   Being a Coast Guard civilian makes you a valuable member of the Coast Guard team. Typical work assignments include:

Maintaining, balancing, and reconciling accounting reports, applying an understanding of double entry accounting concepts and procedures.
Examining accounting records to verify accuracy; determining appropriate adjustments and special entries; preparing and verifying accounting statements and reports.
Conducting audits and reconciliation of the Clothing Locker's accounting statements and preparing reports.
Determining appropriate stock levels to achieve effective uniform support and efficient utilization of appropriated funds.
Receiving inventory order request and orders uniform items as required.
Conducting inventory management in warehouse requiring the moving & lifting of boxes weighing 40lbs or less.
