This position provides a unique opportunity to support multiple areas in our Brand Marketing portfolio with focus on License Brand partnerships with Shell and ExxonMobil. The position requires strong analytical skills, critical thinking and the ability to manage multiple projects and routine activities. This role requires strong communication skills in order to support Clean Products Regions coast-to-coast and interact with both internal and external stakeholders. The position should be viewed as a growth opportunity for a highly motivated individual, and an opportunity to support and interact with Clean Product Regions across the country. The position has core responsibilities with the potential to grow in supporting initiatives across the entire Brand Management team.

• Develop and maintain management reports on key performance and health indicators for License Brand contracts and programs.
• Single point of contact for all adhoc reporting related to volume, incentives, loyalty and mystery shop analysis.
• Develop and maintain enhanced visualization of key Brand Management data.
• Create dynamic reporting, and customer ready presentations for brand support programs.
• Present data and elements of the programs at various meetings as identified.
• Manage billing reconciliation and processing.
• Work collaboratively with other groups within Centralized Support Services.
• Assist in budget management as needed.
• Advanced Excel Skills and proficiency in other Microsoft Office products are necessary.

• Bachelor’s degree required. Marketing, Accounting or other Business-related degree preferred.

• 2 years of experience in marketing and/or the energy industry
