You will work closely with the Sourcing Team Lead and learn how to collaborate in an entirely remote environment.
As a Technical Sourcing Intern, you will play a critical role in supporting our talent acquisition efforts.
Use various software and tools including Linkedin Recruiter, Betterleap, Coda, Slack, to source and identify potential candidates, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
Assist (shadow) initial phone screenings to assess candidate fit, interest, and availability.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with an applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
Enthusiastic about learning and growing in the field of recruitment and talent acquisition.
Flexible schedule and potential for remote work arrangements.
