Spherion of NJ is now seeking Inside Sales Representatives for in office positions located in Woodbridge, NJ. The Inside Sales Representatives will work in a dynamic service center where professionalism and commitment to a team environment is highly valued. Inside Sales Representatives handle a large volume of inbound calls from customers, agents, and third parties. The Inside Sales Representative will also process policy change requests, work independently on project assignments and other work handled in the Customer Solutions Center. The Inside Sales Representative is a temp - perm position with opportunities for advancement and permanent employment.

$20 - $22/hour BOE + commissions
Temp - perm * ( about 6-8 months)

Shift 11:00am-7:15pm Monday - Friday and one Saturday per month from 10:00am-3:00pm.

Responsibilities:
Handle generated calls in an effort to quote and sell personal lines insurance products, such as automobile and home insurance, for Plymouth Rock and its affiliate companies.
Provide an exceptional consultative sales experience to prospects in order to help them make the best decision they can for themselves.
Maintain product knowledge for all lines of business and products written.
Document all prospect information, communication, quote and sales data into computer systems.
Other duties as assigned

Working hours: 11:00 AM - 7:15 PM

Skills:
Prior sales and/or insurance experience is a plus.
The ability to communicate in Spanish is a plus
College degree and/or NJ Property & Casualty license are a plus.

Education:
No Degree Required

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and follow through.
Microsoft Products proficiency (Word and Excel).
Must obtain a NJ Property & Casualty Insurance Producer License within the first 4 weeks of employment. (You will receive fully paid training and we will sponsor you for your insurance license).
Recent college grads encouraged to apply
