CHS has an exciting opportunity in our Energy Division at our Petroleum Terminal located in Chippewa Falls, WI. We are looking for a Terminal Operator to operate a Light Products Petroleum Terminal including receipt of products, oversight of product quality and testing, inventory maintenance, environmental compliance, and loading and unloading of trucks and rail cars. You must be a detail-oriented, results-driven individual with a commitment to quality, accuracy, and the ability to organize and prioritize workloads to meet deadlines. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong commitment to safety and the ability to work in both a team environment and on self-directed tasks are necessary. Responsibilities

Document and accurately measure the movement of petroleum products through the terminal.Provide for efficient 24/7 operation of the loading rack by maintaining rack equipment, additive systems, and training truck drivers using the loading rack.Provide for efficient operation of the rail car loading facility by maintaining loading equipment systems (where applicable).Coordinate pipeline and additive receipts to maintain a consistent product supply and product quality.Perform other duties as needed or assigned.Maintain and promote a strong safety culture and follow all safety policies, procedures, and regulations. Identify and communicate workplace hazards and correct or seek assistance in correcting unsafe actions or conditions.Minimum Qualifications (required) High school diploma or GEDAdditional Qualifications Experience in a light product terminal or an oil refineryTerminal operations experience to include:Automation/instrumentation systemsElectrical systemsOperation of centrifugal pumpsAtmospheric storage tanksTruck and rail car loading/unloading.Pipeline receipt operationsExperience or knowledge of hazards associated with handling petroleum fuels.Physical Requirements Wear appropriate personal protective equipment, including respirators.Ability to pass a pre-employment physical, drug test, and background check.

CHS offers a competitive total rewards package. Compensation includes base wage and, depending upon position, may include other earnings such as bonus, incentives and commissions. Actual pay offered will vary based on multiple factors which may include, without limitation, experience, education, training, specialized skills and certifications.
