Maxim Healthcare is seeking a Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse to take on the responsibility and accountability for applying the nursing process and delivering patient care, under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN).
The LPN will consistently adhere to nursing standards and is responsible for managing patient care and supporting others in patient care management. Maxim offers flexible schedules, weekly pay, referral bonuses, skills training programs, and a supportive team to collaborate with. They have full-time, part-time, and PRN shifts for adult and pediatric homecare patients.Various shifts available (Adult & Pediatric patients):
Utilizes the nursing process for patient care assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.Conducts focused interviews to identify specific patient needs.Assesses signs and symptoms indicating changes in the patient's condition.Collects, analyzes, and interprets data for nursing diagnoses.Performs other LPN duties as assigned.Qualifications:
Current LPN License in the state of practice.Current Health Certificate (per facility).Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.Current BLS card.One year of previous RN experience is preferred.About Maxim Healthcare Services:
